How I Use Dia Browser with Custom AI Skills to Supercharge My Workflow

I've always been passionate about finding tools that help me work smarter, not harder. Recently, I discovered Dia Browser — a new AI-powered browser that lets you create custom skills to automate tasks directly from the web pages you visit.

Since I started using Dia, it has quickly become one of my favorite tools. With just a few simple commands, I can analyze job listings, write LinkedIn posts, generate project ideas, and more — all automatically tailored to my background.

In this blog post, I’ll share:

If you’re looking to integrate AI into your daily browsing, you might find this setup inspiring.

Dia Browser

Why Dia Browser?

Dia Browser is not just another browser — it’s an AI assistant that works contextually based on the page you’re on.

What makes it so powerful is the ability to create custom skills. You can write your own prompts and run them instantly with slash commands.

For me, it became a game changer when I realized I could automate:

Here’s a breakdown of how I use it.

My Custom Skills

1. /cvmatch – Instant Job Fit Analysis

Whenever I open a job listing, I run /cvmatch. Dia reads the job post and automatically compares it with my experience.

Full Prompt:
Evaluate the job listing in this tab for Ali İhsan Güneş, an experienced IT Assistant Specialist and System Administrator. He has worked on network systems, internal web tools, ERP processes, and system optimization at organizations like İBB İsfalt, Kınay Lojistik, and Beşiktaş JK. He also built various web and mobile projects using React, Node.js, and Expo, including the Unofy habit tracker and several company websites. Match the job ad with his profile and suggest how well it fits him, what matches, what’s missing, and a brief motivation he could use when applying.

2. /linkedinpost – AI-Generated LinkedIn Posts

When I find an article I want to share, I type /linkedinpost. Dia creates a post in my professional tone.

Full Prompt:
Read the content of the current tab and write a professional LinkedIn post as if written by Ali İhsan Güneş, an IT Assistant Specialist with experience in network systems, internal tools, and web development. Make it insightful, friendly, and valuable for IT professionals. End with a personal note or a thoughtful question.

3. /blogsummary – Quick Blog Summaries

For long articles, I use /blogsummary to instantly get a blog-ready summary.

Full Prompt:
Summarize the content of this tab in the tone of Ali İhsan Güneş, a curious and enthusiastic IT professional passionate about improving digital systems and learning through experience. The output should sound like a blog post that simplifies the topic while reflecting real-life relevance or use cases.

4. /techcomment – AI-Written LinkedIn Comments

When I want to leave a smart comment on a technical article, I run /techcomment.

Full Prompt:
Write a short LinkedIn-style comment on this article from the perspective of Ali İhsan Güneş, an IT professional who builds internal tools and improves company infrastructure. The comment should add value, express curiosity, or relate to a personal experience or project. Keep it professional but personable.

5. /projectidea – Project Inspiration from Any Page

When I come across something inspiring, I type /projectidea and Dia gives me a project idea based on my skills.

Full Prompt:
Based on the content of this page, come up with a practical side project idea for Ali İhsan Güneş, who has experience with React, Node.js, Expo, and IT infrastructure. The idea should be useful, feasible to build solo or in a small team, and ideally address a real-world problem or need.

Dia Browser has changed the way I browse, learn, and build. It’s not just a browser, it’s a smart companion that helps me think faster.
